Workshop for Hispanic Women
Through the workshops it is intended to inform, educate and deliver measures for the prevention and early detection of pelvic floor dysfunctions together with the promotion of healthy habits to a part of the vulnerable population at risk of suffering dysfunctions Pelvi Perineal disorders such as urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse.

Women of the Heart
Women of every age are invited to connect, be inspired, and celebrate our faith with one another. We gather monthly, mainly the 2nd Thursday of each month, from September through May, from 10:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Theme for the year is: “Affirming and Celebrating Women: Creativity, Gifts, and Charisms.“
