What are the expectations for participants?
- Participants are expected to attend the formation meetings that happen in October and early November. There are expected to be 3-4 formation meetings this year. The date and times will be determined after the application deadline by using when2meet to determine group availability.
- Participants are expected to work together after IFTJ to find creative ways to bring learnings and experiences back to the St. Mary community. Examples from the past include Ig.nite talks, writing in the bulletin, and hosting a storytelling event.
- Participants must be open-minded, willing to engage in prayer and faith-sharing, and be respectful of diverse faith/cultural backgrounds.
